Greenboating  is an initiative focused on sustainable boating practices, combining environmentally-friendly technologies and methods to minimise the ecological impact of boating activities. By promoting the use of electric and solar-powered boats, biofuels, and efficient waste management systems, Greenboating  aims to protect marine ecosystems and support sustainable marine tourism.

Sustainable Boating aka Green Boating

A "green crm" according to AI.

Examples of Greenboating technologies include electric propulsion systems, which reduce emissions and noise pollution compared to traditional fuel-powered engines. Solar panels can be integrated into boats to provide a renewable source of energy, powering onboard systems and reducing reliance on fossil fuels. Additionally, biofuels, derived from renewable sources, offer a cleaner alternative to conventional fuels.

I asked AI to create an image of a “green crm”, well, let’s say there is room for improvement.

Waste management systems on boats, such as advanced marine sanitation devices, ensure that waste is treated and disposed of in an environmentally-friendly manner, reducing pollution in marine environments. Furthermore, the use of eco-friendly antifouling paints and coatings helps to prevent the transfer of invasive species without harming marine life.

Having been active in this scene since 2011, we have talked to many, many people. Unfortunatrly many of these conversations have been lost. Or they were written down in notebooks, now stored on some attic here or there.

Simple CRM

Simple CRM, in this context, refers to the use of customer relationship management tools designed to streamline interactions between boating companies and their clients. By utilising a user-friendly interface, Simple CRM helps businesses in the marine industry manage customer data, track interactions, and enhance customer experiences efficiently. This integration aids in providing better service, fostering customer loyalty, and promoting eco-friendly boating options.

If only we have had a Simple CRM system. Since we started in 2011, we have had so many conversations, that we could have easily stored in a Simple CRM system. But unfortunately we didn’t. Well, at least now we do!
